Help texts are displayed for each component via mouseover. These are displayed in a text box in the lower area of the Call Flow Designer interface, which dynamically displays a help text for the respective element located under the mouse pointer depending on the mouse pointer position. The text box can be permanently hidden using the “X” symbol and displayed again using the “question mark” symbol in the sidebar menu.
Additional help texts can also be found in the Call Flow settings (“gear icon”) as well as in the configuration area of the individual components.
