Introduction

This document describes the utilisation of novomind iAGENT Chat, a web based client software which is used as a component of novomind iAGENT Chat.

The novomind iAGENT Supervisor represents the administrative part of the system where e.g. user administration and system configuration is carried out. Furthermore, the Supervisor is also responsible for distributing chats to the various agents. It is the administrative tool for both novomind iAGENT Desk and novomind iAGENT Chat.
The utilisation and functions of the iAGENT Supervisor is described in detail in the manual novomind iAGENT Supervisor. In addition to this manual, instructions for individual design and call parameter adjustments of the chat client, as well as for the adjustment of relevant configuration parameter for novomind iAGENT Chat, are also available.

A relevant installation manual with answers to queries regarding installation and configuration is provided.

LEGAL BASIS

The licensee is provided with a single, non-exclusive and non-transferable usage right for the contracted software iAGENT Chat in compliance with the transfer of possession contract for the software for an unlimited period of time.

The software is copyright protected worldwide. Unauthorised duplication or unauthorised selling of this software program or a part thereof is punishable by law. Any violation may lead to civil and criminal prosecution.

The use of this software is monitored. The software transmits relevant information to the holder of the exclusive software rights novomind iAGENT Chat.
