The novomind iAGENT Supervisor is the central administration interface of novomind iAGENT.
The functional scope depends on the installation and configuration of the system.

The user interface of novomind iAGENT Supervisor can be displayed in different languages. Available languages include Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish. This document refers to the English names for buttons and menus.

This manual covers the administration of the novomind iAGENT Desk, novomind iAGENT Chat and novomind iAGENT Claim modules.

Legal Principles

The licensee is provided with simple, unlimited (in terms of time), non-exclusive and non-transferable user rights for the available novomind Supervisor contract software in accordance with the terms of the software license agreement.

The software is protected by international copyright. Any unauthorized person or persons copying or using the software or any part thereof is liable to prosecution. Unauthorised copying or usage of the software or any part thereof by unauthorized persons will be pursued in both the penal and civil courts.

The usage of the available software will be monitored. The software provides the owner of the exclusive rights with the required information.
