These charts inform you about the current or historical situation in the queue. The practical default settings provide additional transparency.

Live
The live charts of the backlog prepare the current events in the backlog.
Channel tab
Create an individual chart that meets your requirements by selecting which tenants, categories and input channels are to be considered.
Then click to display. The graphic presents an optical preparation of the data at the current time in relation to the output channel used.
Click to remove all presets.
Category tab
Create an individual chart that meets your requirements by selecting which tenants, categories and input channels are to be considered.
Then click on to display. The graphic presents a visual representation of the data at the current time in relation to the categories to which the tickets were assigned when they were answered.

Historical
The charts of the backlog history show the events from the backlog that took place more than 30 days ago.

Create an individual chart that meets your requirements by selecting which tenants, categories and input channels are to be considered for which period in the past.
Then click to display. The graphic presents an optical preparation of the data related to the defined time period and the input channel.
Passing the mouse over a specific date gives you information about that day.
Click to remove all presets.
Category tab
Create an individual chart according to your specifications. To do this, define which tenants, categories and input channels are to be considered for which period in the past.
Then click . The graphic presents the data in relation to the specified period and the selected categories.

Live Chats
This monitoring is designed to display all running chats in their current status through stacked bars. When the filters have been changed, please press the “Load charts” button to apply the filter changes.
