Login

To log into the novomind iAGENT-system please open an internet browser and enter the URL of your novomind iAGENT website. The respective URL should be given to you by your local novomind iAGENT system administrator or supervisor. Once in the login screen please enter your user name and password. If configured, the tenant selection as well as the device ID for call can also be selected or entered.

The username is not case-sensitive. Access data is provided by the administrator or group leader using the novomind iAGENT Supervisor. The minimal password length is eight characters.

Once the login phase has been completed successfully, the user desktop described above is displayed. The mails allocated to the respective agent will now be loaded automatically in the personal inbox. The number of mails allocated to the agent can be changed by the administrator.

Depending on the configuration, the novomind iAGENT system can automatically suspend the user account after several unsuccessful login attempts with a wrong password. If this happens, the affected user needs to be unlocked by a supervisor or administrator.

In the case of successful login the user screen is presented. Right after the assigned messages are routed automatically in the inbox of the respective agent. The number of assigned messages at a time can be adjusted by the supervisor.

If a user is logged in at the novomind iAGENT Desk and the novomind iAGENT Supervisor System at the same time and then logs off from the novomind iAGENT Supervisor, they remain logged in at the novomind iAGENT Desk. If they log off from the Desk first, they will also be logged of automatically from the Supervisor.

For increased security, the novomind iAGENT System uses session cookies. As a side effect, multiple log-ins with different users for a single browser session to the iAGENT interfaces will be prevented. If you wish to bypass this restriction and log in multiple times with different users from the same workspace to the iAGENT interfaces, there are three options:

  1. Use different browsers
  2. Use Private/Incognito browsing
  3. Start a new browser session

The browser plugins “Evernote Clipper Plugin” and “McAfee Web Gateway” (former “Webwasher”) are not compatible with novomind iAGENT Desk.
