Contact Tab

This tab displays relevant contact information for the contact of this ticket. The contacts of a request are automatically determined, recognized or created and linked to the request. Contacts are always created separately by tenant – which means there can be two different contacts with the same email address (for more information on contact discovery and mapping, cf. chapter on Contacts).

In addition, new contact options can be added to an existing contact quickly and easily. The system automatically ensures that no duplicates are created within a tenant: If another contact of the same tenant already exists with the newly entered contact option (e.g. phone number), the two contacts are linked and the user is informed about this.

From all connected contacts, all contact possibilities are displayed collectively. The Customer Journey, which is displayed on the Journey tab, then also contains all correspondences of all linked contacts together. The edit screen of the contact can be opened by clicking on the displayed ID.
