Personal Inbox

The list in the upper area shows various information about the requests of the mailbox which was selected in the tree view on the left side. Besides the classic information such as the paperclip for attachments, sender, subject and the date of receipt, other helpful information is displayed:

  • An icon for the status of the mail (explanation via tooltip).
  • Information about the incoming channel
  • The (automatically detected) language in which the message was written
  • The service level of the mail (see section Service Level)
  • The process number of the mail
  • The category of the mail (as automatically recognized by the novomind iAGENT system or determined by recategorization)

In automatic routing, the list is sorted in descending order from top to bottom based on the transaction numbers. In the case of manual retrieval, the order corresponds to that of retrieval – the most recent mail is at the top. The displayed messages can be sorted according to this criterion by clicking on a column heading.
The sorting in the different mailboxes can be done in two steps. For example, sorting can be done first by the sender’s address and additionally by the date of receipt. To do this, simply click on the two relevant column headers one after the other. The sorting order selected first is retained when sorting according to the second criterion. Small triangles now appear next to the headings of the sorted columns, with which you can invert the sort order (ascending sort vs. descending sort). In this case, the column clicked on last will have a dark triangle and the column clicked on next to last will have a light triangle. Clicking on the column with the status symbol does not sort the mails according to these symbols but according to their place in the queue. Usually this corresponds to sorting by the date of receipt.

In the folder Resubmissions, the display of the mail list is slightly different. Instead of the service level, the date on which the mail is due (i.e. resubmitted) is displayed here.
