Context menu

A right-click on a selected request in the request list opens a context menu. Depending on the opened folder in the folder list, the following functions are available:

• Close:
  Available in folder: Personal Inbox (see section Close)
• Manual retrieval:
  Available in folder: 2nd-level-inquiries, 2nd-level-forwards, Drafts, Clearance, Global, Resubmissions (see chapter Manual Retrieval)
• Send/Retry: 
  Available in folder: Delivery errors (see section Send/Retry)
• Clearance: 
  Available in folder: Clearance (see chapter Clearance)
• Delete:
  Available in folder: Drafts (see section Delete)
• Recategorize: 
  Available in folder: Personal Inbox (see chapter Category)
• Split entries: 
  Available in folder: all (see section Split processes)
• Assign entries to: 
  Available in folder: all (see section Combining single requests into one process)
• Clone process: 
  Available in folder: all (see section Duplicate processes)
• Reactivate process: 
  Available in folder: Send (see chapter Reactivating a process)
