Info area

The Info area in the bottom left-hand window provides information about a selected request.

The Info area is divided into several tabs: The first tab displays the content of the received request. Depending on the request’s entry channel, it is labeled like Email, Mail, SMS or Fax/Letter. Apps do have the opportunity to rename the tab or give it a special design as well. The remaining tabs are labeled Source, Info, CRM, Course, Memos and Journey.

For new processes there is no incoming mail and hence also no corresponding tab to display. When invoking a new process, the default behavior therefore is not to select a tab and to display the text “New Process” instead. Invoking a new process from the global inbox will bring up the “Template” tab with the appropriate proposed response.

The tabs are described in the following chapters. Depending on the way that the novomind iAGENT system has been configured, the tabs may also be hidden.
