Error codes

The following error codes show possible problems with the application during operation:

402 “Insufficient access rights”

Cause: The user has been blocked by the administrator

403 “Invalid password”

Possible causes: Password incorrect / server cannot be accessed

404 “User name unknown”

Possible causes: No agent has been defined on the novomind iAGENT server / The agent has been defined but not yet activated (checkbox in the agent profile).

501 “Software update required. Please contact the administrator.”

Possible cause: The server you are logging on to via the web customer has not been updated and will therefore not accept your login details. Please contact your supervisor or administrator for assistance.

502 “Login failed. Session limit exceeded. Please contact the administrator.”

Cause: You have a license authorizing a specific number of agents to work concurrently. The current user cannot log in because the number of agents currently working is the maximum number allowed. The agent will therefore be unable to log in until another agent logs off.
