Tooltips
The list columns Status, Channel, Language and Process provide additional message details as tooltips when hovering the mouse pointer over the respective field.
- The Status tooltip contains textual information about the mail status.
- The Channel tooltip textually indicates the entry channel and the incoming account.
- The Language tooltip indicates the automatically identified language in full text.
- The Service level tooltip displays the stipulated maximum processing time for the selected mail, i.e. its
service level. - The Ticket-ID of a single mail can be read by holding the cursor over the relevant request in the Process
column. If the request is part of a complex process, its Ticket-ID is not identical with the Process-ID (for more
information on Ticket-ID and Process-ID see chapter Process bundling).
