This parameter ignores the “not ready” state of the agent. If Call and Mail are enabled and Call is not ready, then the CTI is “not ready”. So if Mail gets ready he still gets no mails/tickets via automated routing. | ||

If a user is on work after time (manually or automatically) then he does not get any mails (even if mail is enabled). With this parameter, the user can ignore the work after time and still get mails via automated routing. | ||
