Parameters

external…

Parameter Values Default value
external.auth.agent.login.mask.redirect true | false
In iAGENT Desk it is possible to call the login mask after an SSO authentication. This will unlock the login mask for the agent. The username is preset and cannot be changed. The password field is hidden. All other fields (clients, DeviceID) are displayed depending on the configuration.
externalForward.allowCC true | false / FORWARD false
Allow CC addresses for external forwarding. If set to FORWARD, the CC option is only available in the External forwarding dalog and not in the External queries dialog.
externalForward.allowMultipleTo true | false false
Activates the possibility to use multiple TO addresses in the external forwarding and inquiry in iAGENT Desk Editor. Works only with new forwarding/inquiry dialog (externalForward.dialog.legacy = false). Requires nmIQMail.cfg parameter allowMultipleTo = true.
externalForward.attach true | false
Define how the template/original mail from client will be sent by external forward: attached (default value = true)  or directly as inline text (false).
externalForward.dialog.legacy true | false
False activates new editor frontend for external inquery/ forward, instead of popup.
externalForward.followResubmitStatusOnReturn true | false false
Prevent the automatic delivery of external responses to the last processor of the ticket as long as the ticket is on resubmission and the due date has not yet been reached (also applies to internal forwarding).
externalForward.forceForwardAndClose true | false
Force the option Complete process in the Forward externally dialog.  Always set this parameter in connection with ‘externalForward.allowCC = true’
externalForward.reactivateOnReturn true | false false
Parameter which reactivates an already closed ticket when an external reply is received: If the ticket is already closed without a response, the reactivation takes place as undelete. If a ticket has already been answered, the reactivation is performed as a new ticket or the same process. For tickets that have already been answered, the duplicates created in the course of reactivation are assigned the new event cause “React. 2nd-Level” is set. If tickets have already been answered, the reply in the 2nd level folder receives the ticket ID of the new process. Both when reactivating closed and answered tickets, the progress comment says “Process reactivated by 2nd-Lv. reply”. This behavior only applies to responses to external queries, not to external forwarding.
externalInquiry.maxResubmitInterval number of milliseconds
Limit the maximum time interval until which a resubmission for the external query is allowed. If a larger value is entered, an error message is displayed for the external query.
externalInquiry.resubmitInterval.allowEdit true | false
Controls the behavior for the presetting of an external inquiry: If not set or empty, the input field for the resubmission time is initially empty when the dialog is opened and only filled with the default value when the field is clicked (if “externalInquiry.resubmitInterval.default” is set). If set true, the input field for the resubmission time is already preassigned with the default value when the dialog is opened (if “externalInquiry.resubmitInterval.default” is set). However, the agent can change or delete this. If set false, the input field for the resubmission time is already filled with the default value when opening the dialog (if “externalInquiry.resubmitInterval.default” is set) and the agent can neither change nor delete it. This implicitly makes the resubmission option mandatory. However, if “externalInquiry.resubmitInterval.default” is not set or empty, the agent will not be able to set a resubmission time at all.
externalInquiry.resubmitInterval.default number of milliseconds
Define the preset value for the resubmission time field for the external inquiry. The specified interval is added to the current time and the result is rounded down to whole quarter hours.
