Legal Basics

According to the software license agreement, the licensee is granted the simple, non-exclusive and non-transferrable right of usage without temporal restriction for the present contract software novomind iAGENT Claim.

The software is protected under copyright worldwide. Unauthorized duplication or unauthorized distribution of the software or of any part of the software is a criminal offense. Violation will be prosecuted under criminal law as well as under civil law.

The use of the present software is monitored. To this end, the software transmits all required information to the owner of the exclusive rights to the novomind iAGENT Claim software.
